APPAREL PRINTING OPTIONS
DTG, DTF & embroidery for your branding.
Selected online products use direct-to-garment printing for customer-supplied logos, photographs and illustrations on compatible apparel. For other fabrics and coordinated bulk projects, OneTapTee can quote direct-to-film printing and suitable heat-transfer decoration. The right setup depends on the artwork, garment and quantity.
Embroidery provides a stitched logo finish on compatible polos, caps and outerwear, with garment availability and artwork preparation confirmed by quote. Which apparel brands do you offer?
Our current online assortment includes Gildan, Bella+Canvas, Comfort Colors, Champion, Next Level, Lane Seven, Sport-Tek, Team 365, Hanes, Econscious, AWDIS and ValuCap. Styles and availability vary by product. See the product catalog.
How long does custom apparel take to arrive?
For many standard printed US-fulfilled products, plan approximately 5–13 business days after production approval, including an extra planning day. Artwork preparation comes first. Hats, embroidery, gifts and larger orders need a product-specific schedule. See timing details.
Is printing included in the price?
Front printing is included on the listed printed shirts, tanks and fleece. The chosen product configuration shows the price before checkout. Additional locations, embroidery or other decoration can have a different price; include them in your quote request.
Can I order different sizes with one design?
Yes. Collect sizes for the exact garment you choose. Availability varies by style and color; youth and adult sizes are different. For 50+ pieces, send the full size breakdown for a quote.
Can I use my own logo, illustration or photograph?
Yes. Custom orders use your own artwork. Example graphics in catalog images are for demonstration only. Supply a high-resolution PNG or JPG for online personalization, or send your best original file with a quote request.
Do you offer embroidered company polos?
Ask for embroidery in your quote request so we can confirm a compatible garment and logo setup. Sport-Tek ST650 and JERZEES 443M polos currently listed online use printed decoration.
Can you help with a deadline or a larger order?
Include the arrival date, shipping ZIP code, garment choices, quantity and artwork status. We will check availability and production before confirming the schedule. Shipping upgrades do not automatically speed up production.
